HISTORY AND LAW-MAKING POWERS OF THE WELSH ASSEMBLY

WELSH ASSEMBLY

The democratically elected body that represents the people of Wales,does the law formation and keeps the government account is The National Assembly. There are 60 elected members in the assembly .  The Senedd in Cardiff Bay is the home of the debating chamber for the National Assembly for Wales. Every 4 years the election to the Welsh Assembly is held.

the senned is where the laws are formatted in Wales, also on our visit to the welsh assembly we were told to be quiet and should not even talk, there were paintings above the senedd and a coffee place, the presiding officer was in control of the meeting.
